There's a discussion topic that browser search results are being purposely limited in order to cause more searches with more advertisement exposure.
Kagi is a service addressing encumbrances placed on searches by ads, tracking,...
Being signed into a YouTube account is causing an algorithm influence of videos being pushed into view. I've started using a YouTube down-loader to qualify my decision to watch a video. Currently using yt-dlp which is providing command line familiarity.
Ordered a Brax3 phone to reduce stealth tracking and unknowingly sending information to the data collectors. This phone has a 3.5mm earphone jack and accepts a Micro SD card. I ordered a 1TB card to substitute as an external storage drive.
Xorg is present at a deeper level.

Both basically strip out Google tracking/ads etc
But if you already have subscriptions etc setup probably be quite the hassle switching to one of these options.. but they're are options..
