On 20 August 2024 the Cochise Linux user group will celebrate its 9th
year anniversary. Since our re-activation we have conducted 140 group
meetings and 19 Installation festivals. We have installed a Linux
distribution on 236 laptops and desktops and donated 141 computers to
individuals or groups. We have maintained our group mailing list,
Facebook page, and website. We have created and maintained a computer
lab for the Warrior Healing Center in Sierra Vista for veterans in the
community who do not have access to a computer or a printer. We have
conducted 72 presentations on Linux topics. The slides for most of them
can be found on our website. In addition we have answered an
uncountable number of questions on Linux and Free and Open Source
Software and solved many Linux computer problems.

Thank you members and well done. Looking forward to our tenth year.
