After a bit of research, you should be able to complete your
upgrade after unchecking the offending repositories in "Software
and Updates". See
https://cloudcone.com/docs/article/how-to-fix-the-repository-is-not-signed-error-on-ubuntu-20-04/
and
https://askubuntu.com/questions/732985/force-update-from-unsigned-repository
for detailed instuctions. Apparently the PPA that you are using
to update Google Earth is no longer supported. By unchecking it,
you should no longer get that message.

Certainly. By unchecking the items the updater will not look for them to be updated. If you delete and purge, that will also do the trick.
