GPG error

When I try to update I get this error:

I tried these suggestions from online,

but get the same error. Also, every couple days I get a message that there are updates to install . When I install them I get a message that the software is update...but...
Can anybody out there is cochise linux land help me? Thanks Chaz

After a bit of research, you should be able to complete your upgrade after unchecking the offending repositories in "Software and Updates".  See https://cloudcone.com/docs/article/how-to-fix-the-repository-is-not-signed-error-on-ubuntu-20-04/  and https://askubuntu.com/questions/732985/force-update-from-unsigned-repository for detailed instuctions.  Apparently the PPA that you are using to update Google Earth is no longer supported.  By unchecking it, you should no longer get that message.

Certainly.  By unchecking the items the updater will not look for them to be updated.  If you delete and purge, that will also do the trick.

thanks again, already spent an hour and half trying to research and fix this...good to hear there is light at the end of the tunnel....
