If you are using the alternate installer you can just hit F4 and choose OEM Install right from the first screen:

This may be an option for computer’s we donate from now on.. or even at installfests… gives people an option to make the account/password.. later on.. but we can do still update the system/drivers and make sure its all working like it needs to before it leaves…
