• To date we have conducted 227 installs on laptop and desktop computers and donated 136 computers to individuals and groups.
• We have 30 people on our mailing list and 42 members on our Facebook page.

• Discussed lost/forgotten password recovery
• Discussed a Hard disk failure – Back up your data
• A member had a problem with a Linux installation on a Windows computer. Recommended that he install Ubuntu on it and then the distro of his choice over Ubuntu.
• A member had a problem with a port being pushed into laptop and not recoverable. Recommended that he bring it to the computer lab where several members could work on it and attempt to replace the port.
