Be careful with this message
This may be a spoofed message. The message claims to have been sent from your account, but Gmail couldn’t verify the actual source. Avoid clicking links or replying with sensitive information, unless you are sure you actually sent this message. (No need to reset your password, the real sender does not actually have access to your account!)
Hope I got this straight, and this is the place to post questions: Have made a persistent USB of Ubuntu 18.04. Which worked fine until I tried to boot my mac mini (2009) It booted fine for a couple of times then the boot partition got messed up. It won't even boot on a PC now. Here's the error message: (initramfs) Mount: mounting/cow on/root failed: Invalid argument overlay mount failed.

To display the current MTUs for network interfaces in Linux, the following command is suitable. (This must be entered in the shell/terminal.):
ip addr | grep mtu
