We have successfully reserved the Sierra Vista Public Library conference
room on the 4th Saturday of each month in 2019 for our group meetings.
We officially have the room from 1245 to 1545. The meetings will still
begin at 1300 but we have an extra 15 minutes to set up.

We were not able to reserve any room/space for our 4 quarterly
Installfests. As a fall back position, we were able to get an extra
hour and 45 minutes on 25 May and 23 November so the Installfests can
take place in the conference room for those two months in addition to
our normal monthly meeting. We are still investigating the possibility
of using the old Cochise County large conference room at the corner of
Hwy 92 and Foothills Drive or getting the Ethel Berger Center to drop
their fees for the use of one of their rooms for our Installfests.
