To date we have donated 118 computers to individuals or groups and conducted 182 installs on laptops and desktops.

- Discussed installing A Linux operating system on a Mac. With some Macs it is not possible especially a 15 year old I-Pod.
- Discussed alternatives to using the latest version of OpenBox.
- Discussed options for other dates and times for future meetings.

I installed ubuntu on a 2009 and a 2011 macbook pro. Devi, that mac 2009 that I got from you all went tits up just after I installed a new battery and ubuntu, so I bought a 2011

We used Yellow Dog on a PowerMac G4 (2006), when CompuUSA was closing we bought a $65 HP desktop, installed Kubuntu (2007) then Linux being our predominate desktop operating system to the present.
