hey guys,
a question about Thunderbird. It has been horribly screwy lately - all the messages show up in triplicates or worse, all the junk messages I've marked as junk before keep showing up in the inbox, no messages get filtered to folders anymore - it is as if all my filters / rules are not working. But when I check the Message filters, everything seems in order and enabled. I mean this is bad enough to make me want to start looking for an alternative.
Running Thunderbird 102.4.0 on High Sierra 10.13
any thoughts?

Wow, Never had any problems with Thunderbird. Reference your junk
messages. There is an option in Settings->Privacy and Security that you
have to check so when you mark a message as junk it will go to the Junk
folder. Make sure that you have that checked. Not sure why you are
