***Reminder***
The CLUG/AZLOCO installfest will take place this Saturday, 28
January 2017 from 1000-1600 at the University of Arizona South, Sierra
Vista campus, 1140 N. Colombo Ave, Sierra Vista AZ in the Learning
Resource Center. If you have not been in contact with one of the Group
Leaders to volunteer for a time frame to assist the in the installation
feel free to show up anyway. Your knowledge and experience will always
be welcome.
In addition there is a Ubuntu Hour scheduled at Schlotzsky's Cafe,
3900 E. Fry Blvd. this Thursday, the 26th of January 2017 from
1800-1900. Attend if you can and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of
soda and some interesting conversation about Ubuntu, other Linux
operating systems, and Free and Open Source Software.

For those of you that may have failed to place this event on your
calendar, the Cochise Linux User Group will be conducting an Installfest
on Saturday, 03 November 2018 from 1100-1500 at the Sierra Vista Public
Library, Mona Bishop room, 2600 E. Tacoma St., Sierra Vista. Please
attend if you can even if it is merely to stop by to show your support
for those of us that are participating in the event. Your support is
essential to the success of this event. Share this information with your
friends, co-workers, and neighbors who may not be aware that there is an
alternative to Microsoft Windows or Apple OS for their personal computers.
