Can't find anything online about this error. When I try to empty the trash, nothing happens. If I select one item to delete from trash, i get the above message.

ubuntu 20.04 unity desktop. I had two external drives connected transferring files, and putting some in the trash. I get the same error regardless of whether i have two drives mounted or not...ANY IDEAS?
