downgrade libreoffice version

anyway I want downgrade my libreoffice to 7.4.5.5
can't find anything online. Does anyone out there know the command line for this?

Will someone please tell me how to write these commands, here is what I want to install, i do not know how to interpret the linux short hand i these commands. Or, how to install the deb.tar.gz Everything i find online is very confusing. The file is on my desktop. I've spent 4 days trying to figure this out...thanks

 Sudo apt-get install LibreOffice=7.4.7.2

really wasn’t that hard to decipher… Debs and manual installs which your trying to to go about it are way harder.. 

sudo apt install ./LibreOffice_7.4.7.2_Linux_x86-64.deb

Once you extract it
