UNC errors "failed command read

pretty much every forum i have seem to find indicates that the drive is pretty much dead.. nothing really "indicates" unc so not sure if you misread some letters or not.. but if its a SSD you maybe meant NCQ or something.. but another option some tried was disabling "Trim" or updating the SSD but working in a PC Shop.. the motto there.. was once sectors started going bad.. the hard drive is pretty much a ticking time bomb.. https://www.seagate.com/support/downloads/seatools/ this is the bootable software we used in the shop to test all the hard drives and SSDs.. a older version probably.. but still the same software.. nonetheless..

It was UNC eros, here is what wrote down:
fsck -y dev/sda5 was the command I entered.
the response was: UNC error sector (bla blah, there were 5 of these errors of different sectors)
Failed command read FPDMA Queued
Blk_update_request. I/O error, dev/sda sector....
