I'm installing Virtualbox in order to more easily toggle back and forth between Win7 and Ubuntu.
I have Ubuntu 19.04 installed on the second partition of the SSD that Windows is on.  I installed it from a thumb drive I purchased on the web. It works perfectly.
When I start my machine the computer will default to the hard drive's first partition and start Windows.  This is also good.

In order to switch to Ubuntu I have to restart the computer and hit F-12 to open the Boot Order Menu and manually select the SSD to boot from, then Ubuntu will boot up.

So the problem is, when it comes to mounting the Ubuntu ISO in the virtual machine, the Virtualbox menu only gives me the option of either using an image file on a CD-ROM or selecting another file.  If I try using the Ubuntu thumb drive, the ISO file can't be found. Because Ubuntu is on a partitioned part of the SSD, I can't access it from the Virtualbox menu to load it on to the virtual machine.

Is there any way to load the Ubuntu ISO from the SSD on to the virtual machine without having to spend 3 hours downloading the Ubuntu 19.04 ISO from the web to copy to a CD?  (I'm downloading it now in case it takes a while for a response.  I've got three hours...😏)

BTW, the Texas trip is again delayed to next week exact days unknown.  If I can make it to the meeting on the 26th I can swing through St. David and give Charles Breaux a ride.

And WHY do I keep getting an error message that "the cochiselinux@freelists.org is invalid?"
