something like this? also some routers have capabilities like Asus with Merlin Custom Firmware or one of the many DDWRT or Tomato or OpenWRT routers.. should also work.

These instructions are much more detailed than the ones I used before. Thanks. 

I think I was looking for setup instructions for ddupdate, but it turns out No-IP includes their own client for Linux so I’ll take a stab at that.

Typed with my thumbs on my iPhone. Expect typlos.
