Pre-installed Ubuntu Desktop?

It would be really cool if I could just spin-up a Ubuntu Desktop image on virtualbox, with everything installed and ready to go. I don't really need security.

Does Canonical provide such thing? I really like how Digital Ocean has a click-and-go type of system, where you don't have to go through the installation BS to get a Ubuntu 18.04 server going, but they do customize each image with SSH keys, and IP addresses.
