20.04, keeps telling me some app is using snap and it can't update..

I have this app to download movies, everytime they update I have to install the update which I used to do by clicking on the deb file. But something has changed in ubuntu 20.04, when I click to install the deb package now I get this page, and I can’t install the update.

And I never have been able to install from tar files! attached are the Deb fire and the tar files. I have send the tar file in another email

could someone please write out the commands I need to install the deb or tar file.

they are in my downloads folder. thanks..
