First we don’t hijack emails Charles we’ve asked you stop before.. if you have an issue please make your own email like I just did for you here..

Issue:

For several days I have been trying to install apps for !8.04. I keep getting this error:

Unable to install (name app)

E: cannot unlock......

11: resource temporarily unavailable

Or, could a weak wifi signal be causing this?

And without seeing the full issue or directory that’s giving the lock issue on its hard to say… but usually the 11: error is because the apt resource is already busy/in the process of doing updates/installs or something in the background.. and that’s why its throws back that error. So you’d have to wait til its done and try later.. or kill that process and again.. but if this is on your persistence install.. that is whole other issue your on own on.. since no one but you.. persists.. on using that as a daily driver when they aren’t intended to be.. which is why issues keep happening.
