I plan to attend tonight's meeting because I no longer bowl on Thursdays. More importantly I invited an acquaintance. She is having printer issues with Micro Soft (on a laptop?) and is interested in trying Linux because it is free and because she hopes it will solve her issue.

I believe Mint would be a good choice for her because I am most familiar with Mint (i.e. in case she needs some assistance getting used to the Mint GUI).
