- 27 February, CLUG Meeting, 1700-1800, Warrior Healing Center, main conference room, 1838 Paseo San Luis, Sierra Vista. The presentation will be on Flatpak.
- 14 March, Sierra Vista Ubuntu Hour, 1800-1900, Schlotzsky’s Cafe, 3900 Fry Blvd, Sierra Vista.
Announcements:
- To date we have donated 123 computers to individuals or groups
- and conducted 192 installs on laptops and desktops.
- We have 24 people on our mailing list and 38 members on our Facebook page.
- We have 4 desktop computers ready for donation.
Discussion:
- Discussed the Kiosk Project that we are doing for the Warrior Healing Project and its eventual positioning of 10-12 computers throughout Cochise County, Arizona.
- Discussed the advantages and disadvantages of Ubuntu Pro.
- Discussed the presentations that are scheduled for the next couple of months.
- Discussed the results of the mailing list update. Twenty non-responsive e-mail address have been dropped from the list.
