CLUG Meeting 27 February 2021
From Rex Bouwense · Feb 24, 2021
The Cochise Linux User Group will conduct its
monthly meeting at 1300-1500 (that is 1-3 pm.) on Saturday 27
February at 143 Street Tacos, 80 S. Carmichael Avenue in Sierra
Vista. There will be a short presentation on "Snap vs Flatpak vs
AppImage" followed by our usual discussion of member problems and
questions. A major topic for discussion will be "Where do we go
from here" or what is next for the group. Do we keep our focus
where it has been or change it to something more dynamic.
Street Tacos arguably serves the best tacos in town and perhaps the best in South Eastern Arizona so come early and enjoy some excellent Mexican cuisine, eat during the meeting, or stay after the meeting has concluded and eat then. Our host is not charging us for the use of his room and only asks that we do not bring in any food or drink. Bring a family member, a friend, a neighbor, a co-worker (or all of those) to introduce them to Linux and Free and Open Source Software. We are a friendly group and enjoy spreading Linux through out the county.
