A response to the mailing list issue said no thanks as Mint was dropped to reload XP in order to run some older software. I have been running my old software on Mint via Wine with its connection to XP. I have not updated my Mint for fear loading an update to Wine would not give me access to XP (I could not find a reference saying it should work). Has anyone tried the connection on the latest version of Mint?
